Task: To explain – through a short video – why ‘Ready to Go’ is an exceptional initiative.
Background: ‘Ready to Go’ is a unique and innovative recruitment programme that gives young people with autism the opportunity to complete vocational training.
The project – which has partners spread across Denmark – is a collaboration between UNGE´s Uddannelsescenter (an organisation offering customised training for young people with autism) and the supermarket chain fakta who guarantees that each young person attending the programme will have a permanent job afterwards.
